Q. How long have you lived there?A. I have lived there pretty near five years.
Q. All of your personal belongings and interests are in the Chickasaw Nation? A. Yes sir.
Q. How much Choctaw blood to you claim?A. My father was a quarter.
Q. IÔÇÖm talking about you, How much to do claim?A. I reckon I would be about one-eighth.
Q. What is your fatherÔÇÖs name.A. Elisha Irons.
Q. Is he living?A. No sir.
Q. WhatÔÇÖs your motherÔÇÖs name?A. Delilah Irons.
Q. Is she living?A. No sir.
Q. Through which one of your parentÔÇÖs do you claim Indian blood?A. My father.
Q. Was your fatherÔÇÖs name ever on any of the tribal rolls of the Choctaw Nation?A. Not that I know of.
Q. Was he ever recognized by the tribal authorities of the Choctaw Nation as a citizen of the Choctaw Nation?A. Not that I know of.
