Note on source

Independent of the Connellan/MacFirbis/CHAS 1905 transmission chain; a separate 19th-century compilation. Its O'Hurley pedigree from Dermod na Darach down to Donal matches CHAS 1905 p. 109's list almost name for name (Dermod na Darach, Donogh an Caladh, Donal Oge, Murchadh Mor, John Mor, Connor an Locha, Thomas, Raghnal, Philip, Maurice, William, Heber, Urthaile, Tadg, Donogh Airm, Cormac, Teige, William Ganaig, Cormac, Donal), real independent convergence on that stretch of the pedigree. However, O'Hart's own summary states the family "derive their sirname and descent from Urthailé Ard, son of Heber," naming a different Urthuile as eponymous ancestor than the one this tree follows (Urthuile, son of Flann, six generations below Brenann Bán). O'Hart is also known generally in Irish genealogical scholarship for embellishment and unreliable pedigree-splicing in places, so weight his agreement accordingly: useful as convergence, not as an independent proof on its own. See the separate critique fact on which Urthuile is the true eponymous ancestor.
